Seed Collection and Exchange
Sunday (September 21)
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Join us for our Seed Collection and Exchange on Sunday September 21! We will talk about seeds and how to collect and store them. Then we will wander the aviary and practice collecting from the interesting species on grounds. We will finish with a chance to exchange seeds from the day and from previous collections.
The Singing Children of Africa
Tuesday (August 19)

Join us in welcoming The Singing Children of Africa for their 'Love is All Around Us' tour and fundraiser. They will be performing at The Mill Amphitheatre on August 19, 2008 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Come early for a 30 minute Music Together® pre-show featuring African songs and drumming mixed in with bird songs.
Admission is FREE

Free-Flight Bird Show 2 times daily!
Monday through Sunday (June 15 - September 1)

Avian Idol and Aviators...Superheroes of the Sky, free-flight bird shows happen daily at 11am and 2pm.
Avian Alcove
Daily (June 1 - December 31)
12 noon, 2:30 and 3:30
This cozy indoor kids activity space is open all day. Three times a day Aviary staff will host crafts, games and story time. Activities posted daily at entrance.
Amazon Adventure
Daily, (May 17 - November 30)
10:30 am, 11:30 am, and 12:30.
Have you ever wanted to walk among beautiful birds and have them perch on your arms and eat right out of your hand? The sun conures, colorful Brazilian parrots are not to be missedin this interactive nose-to-beak encounter.
The Pelican Encounter
Everyday (Closed Christmas) (January 1 - December 31)
Daily at 1pm
Daily at 1pm guests will be able to enjoy Pelican Encounters at Tracy Aviary. Stand side by side with a keeper and feed our flock of magnificent pelicans for just $2!
Aviators: Superheroes of the Sky and Avian Idol
Daily (May 24 - September 1)
11:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Opening Memorial Day weekend!! Come to the bird show arena to witness the amazing talents of our feathered friends. It's an up-close encounter with a whole cast of characters. Some birds fly right over the heads of the audience, while others share their hidden talents. Two different shows starring a different cast of characters. Both shows free with the price of admission!
