The Mill at Tracy Aviary
Utah’s oldest standing industrial building has been renovated by Tracy Aviary for meetings, indoor programs, rental venue and a home for the conservation community. The finishing construction started in February 2006 with a total renovation cost over 1.3 million.
Through the support of the Cumming Foundation, Fidelity Foundation, George S. and Dolores D. Eccles Foundation, K.W. Dumke Foundation, Salt Lake City Corporation, The Stubblefeld Estate, AMD Architecture, Underfoot Floors, Green Building Center, Alpine Tile Company, and many private donors, Tracy Aviary was able to complete the Mill and in the process use many earth friendly products making the Mill a comfortable and relaxed environment. From clay plastering on the walls to a pressed sunflower seed counter top, the Mill is extraordinary.
