Volunteer Login

Tracy Aviary's volunteer program uses Volgistics, an online volunteer database, to track all volunteers. Though this system you can upload a photo of yourself, update your personal information, view hours, documents, and newsletters, and sign up for shifts (only available with some volunteer opportunities).

If you have already activated your account, click the button below to login. If you have not yet activated your account, please scroll down and follow the instructions.


How do I activate my Volgistics account?

  1. Click the Login button above.
  2. Click “Need a password?”
  3. Type in the email address you included on your volunteer application. This will be the same email address where you receive the volunteer newsletters.
  4. Click “Go” and follow the instructions on the next page to learn how you access your password request email.
  5. Once you open the email, click the link.
  6. Type in the password of your choice.
  7. Click "Continue".

You can now use that email address (referred to as your “Login name”) and the password you created to login to your Tracy Aviary volunteer account. Keep your password in a safe and convenient place. 

How do I sign up for a volunteer shift?  

Some volunteer opportunities allow you to sign up for shifts through Volgistics. Follow the instructions below to access the calendar to see when we need volunteers and to sign up for a shift.

  1.  Login to your account through the button above. Activation of your account is required, following the instructions above.
  2. Click "Sign-Up".
  3. You will see a “Help Wanted” callout on the calendar where a shift is available. Click “Next Month” (green button) until you see a "Help Wanted" callout.
  4. Click the “Help Wanted” callout. From this page you will see more details about the event, including expectations and qualifications; you can also sign yourself up for a shift from this page.
  5. Confirm the details. You will receive a confirmation that you signed up for a shift and will be able to view your shift on the calendar.
