Wine Takes Flight – Spring into Sauvignon Blanc

Join us each month for a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner, and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah. Brought to you in partnership with Eat Drink SLC.

$50 per person

Spring into Sauvignon Blanc

As spring is about to be sprung, join us for this “Spring into Sauvignon Blanc” wine tasting featuring the diversity of this grape varietal. We feature new items in this tasting, and you can get a head start on your wine selections not only for spring, but for all summer long. You’ll taste from a classic citrusy grassy Sauvignon blanc to a ‘sticky’ late harvest style. This is a super fun tasting that your wine guy is looking forward to, especially pairing with delicious Beehive cheese.

This pairing includes three wines, a special arrival pour, and pairings sponsored by Beehive Cheese!

Each month, in an effort to support and highlight our restaurant community, we partner with a local restaurant in hopes you will join them for dinner.

These events will be indoors in the Chase Mill building.

*Proof of vaccination card OR proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hrs of the event required for entry.  A digital copy is acceptable.

Space is limited to provide for safe social distancing.

Refunds: Due to the limited capacity and high demand for these events refunds are available if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance of the event. Please email if you need to cancel.

*Guests must be at least 21 years or older to attend this event
