DESCRIPTION:In partnership with Eat Drink SLC\, each month we host a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo\, owner and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah. \nWine Takes Flight | On the Wings of Fall Migration\nThursday\, August 20\, 2026 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm \nThe month of August is the start of Fall Migration for many birds escaping the cold for their long journey to warmer temperatures. Join us for this fun journey where each wine will be paired with a bird that migrates through or is native to the country where the wine is produced. Let your imagination soar as we sip on wines from South Africa\, California\, New Zealand\, and Argentina. \nThe event includes three beverages\, a special arrival pour\, and an assorted plate of fruits\, nuts\, cheeses\, or crackers. All while raising a glass to the birds at Tracy Aviary! \nAdditional Information: \n\nLocated inside Tracy Aviary\, entering through the Gift Shop.\nWeather permitting\, it will be outside on the Chase Mill Lawn.\nGuests must be at least 21 years or older to attend this event.\n\nTICKETS\n***Effective January 1\, 2026\, in compliance with the new state law (House Bill 437)\, all patrons attending this event will be asked to show their ID – regardless of appearance or age. Acceptable forms of ID: valid Passport\, US Driver’s License\, Military ID\, or US state-issued ID card with a birth date and photo***. \nRefunds: Due to limited capacity and high demand for these events\, refunds are available if cancellation is made 48 hours before the event.
