You’ll be guided through gentle practices of grounding\, centering\, directed awareness\, and other experiential practices while we engage with the more-than-human-world. Expect short walking and some sitting on the ground. \nResearch-backed benefits include: reduced stress hormones\, lowered blood pressure\, boosted immunity\, greater rest from sleep\, and reduced attention fatigue. Other benefits have been described as: a profound sense of awe and connection to the living Earth\, a sense of deep peace\, and settling of the nervous system.
