Field Trips

Field Trips

This is your outdoor classroom!

We are proud to host schools, community groups, and other organizations for self-facilitated visits to Tracy Aviary’s Jordan River Nature Center year-round.

We welcome groups to use this space as an outdoor classroom. Examples of how to use the Jordan River Nature Center include nature play, ecology lessons, field games, Jordan River trail access, stewardship activities, and more! All curriculum, facilitators, and materials must be provided by you. While we will have staff on grounds with you to supervise the space, Tracy Aviary does not provide any guided field trip programs at the Jordan River Nature Center at this time.

Stay tuned for future field trip opportunities as our campus expands this year!

Cost

All field trips at the Nature Center are free for the 2023-2024 school year. Please consider donating to our education programs to keep this program free for future students.
