Diet

The black-throated magpie-jay is an omnivorous bird that eats berries, fruit, invertebrates, and small rodents.

Habitat

Found in forests and shrublands.

Nesting

It builds a large, bulky cup nest from twigs and lines it with moss and lichens. The nest is built in a tree. The female lays and then incubates 3 to 4
