Fence Building and Tree Planting with TreeUtah

Come out to the Nature Center at Pia Okwai on Saturday, September 27th at 9:00 am to help TreeUtah build fencing for their new native plant nursery at the center in addition to planting new trees on-site!

We’re ecstatic to partner with TreeUtah on this native tree nursery. Lend them a hand before they begin their work in raising saplings for future planting projects.

When you arrive, please park in the East parking lot, which is on 1000 West. TreeUtah will bring all the tools necessary for the projects we’ll be working on. We ask that you wear closed-toe shoes, long pants, sun protection, enough layers to plant comfortably in the day’s weather, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.
