Let’s Go Botanize Together!
A spin-off of Tracy Aviary’s popular Let’s Go Birding Together program!
Join Tracy Aviary educators and horticulturists on the second Sunday of June, July, and August to explore plants in the Wasatch with other LGBTQIA+ folx and allies. No experience necessary – we’ll provide hand lenses, plant guides, and all the know-how! You just need to dress for the weather, bring water and a snack, and come ready to learn and make new friends!
July 14 we will be hiking Lake Mary Trailhead
Brighton Ski Resort
8302 S Brighton Loop, Brighton UT
This trail is anticipated to be a 5/10 on difficulty, and we will be walking leisurely uphill.
We will not make it to Lake Mary, and will only be walking along the road.
Please use the ticket “JRNC – Adult” if you will be driving yourself to the program. Please use the ticket “JRNC – Van Registration” if you would like to carpool with our educators from Tracy Aviary.
If you are carpooling from Tracy Aviary we will be leaving at 8:00 a.m.
