Nature-based Mindfulness with Ian Napper
Nature-based Mindfulness, also known as Forest Bathing, is a way of deeply communing with Nature. Slow down and unwind. Reconnect to wonder and awe. Breathe deep and create spacious relaxation with easy walking and breathing practices. You’ll be guided through gentle practices of grounding, centering, directed awareness, and other experiential practices while we engage with the more-than-human-world. Expect short walking and some sitting on the ground.
