Wine Takes Flight – Sauvignon to Sauvignon from Blanc to Rouge

In partnership with Eat Drink SLC, join us each month for a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner, and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah.

Sauvignon to Sauvignon from Blanc to Rouge  

Let’s celebrate one of Summer’s favorite wine varieties; Sauvignon Blanc. Not only do we feature a variety of styles of Sauvignon Blanc, but did you know Sauvignon is the parent grape of the big rich red wine Cabernet Sauvignon? Tip back a few glasses of Sauvignon, in all the ways, from blanc to rouge in this next Wine Takes Flight event!

This event will include three wines, a special arrival pour, and food pairings sponsored by Beehive Cheese. All while raising a glass to the birds at Tracy Aviary!

• This event will be outside (weather permitting) on the Chase Mill Lawn.
• Guests must be at least 21 years or older to attend this event. Please remember to bring your ID.
