Wine Takes Flight x Curbside Theater

Join us for a magical summer evening at Tracy Aviary for a one-of-a-kind Wine Takes Flight experience presented by Eat Drink SLC. Wine education is hosted each month by Jim Santangelo, owner and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah.

The evening begins with bubbles and passed appetizers, followed by an educational seated wine tasting hosted by Jim Santangelo of Wine Academy of Utah. Guests will enjoy curated wines paired with three delicious small plates, all at tables nestled under the canopy of trees. As dusk falls, settle in for Curbside Theater, SB Dance’s signature outdoor pop-up show — a playful, poetic blend of contemporary dance, live music, and storytelling designed to surprise and delight in an unexpected setting.

This special edition is more than a tasting — it’s a celebration of community, connection, and creativity in this beautiful outdoor setting. This event includes three beverages, a special arrival pour, and small robust bites.  All while raising a glass to the birds at Tracy Aviary!

Seating is limited — gather your favorite people and join us for an unforgettable evening of sips, bites, and live art. Guests will be seated at communal tables of six — bring a full party or come ready to make new friends!
