Little Kits Pre-K Classes
Discover the joys of nature with your little ones!
Named after baby beavers, our pre-K classes are designed for children ages 2 to 5. Classes are an hour long and are offered one day a week for a calendar month at a time. Classes feature stories, exploration, and lots of nature play! Our goal is to help your child make new friends, develop curiosity about nature, and become comfortable with the world around them. We intentionally design all classes for participation by both the child and their parent or guardian.
Class Fees
We use a tiered fee system for class registration based on your annual household income before taxes. Thank you for choosing your registration fee accurately and honestly.

October Class Details
- Theme: A Not-So-Spooky October!
- Class will be held every Friday in October, 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Located at Tracy Aviary’s Nature Center at Pia Okwai.
- This program takes place outdoors, so please come prepared for the weather.
- These are Adult and Me classes – an adult must accompany each child at all times.
November Class Details
- Theme: Harvest Time!
- Class will be held Fridays, November 1, 8, 15, and 22, 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
- Located at Tracy Aviary’s Nature Center at Pia Okwai.
- This program takes place outdoors, so please come prepared for the weather.
- These are Adult and Me classes – an adult must accompany each child at all times.
