Join us each month for a fun evening of wine education hosted by Jim Santangelo, owner, and Sommelier of Wine Academy of Utah. Brought to you in partnership with Eat Drink SLC.

Earth Day: Celebrating Biodynamic/Organic/Low Intervention

What’s more natural to celebrate Earth Day than to taste wine! Join us as we celebrate Earth Day with wines ranging from sparkling wine made in the traditional ‘pet nat’ style to the most delicate of rosé pink deliciousness and finishing with an Italian wine where modern wine making technique meets traditional.

This pairing includes three wines, a special arrival pour, and pairings sponsored by Beehive Cheese!

This month’s featured restaurant: Avenues Proper

From-scratch cuisine, focusing on utilizing local and fresh ingredients. We use classic and new techniques and take traditional pub fare influences and elevate them to create our own handcrafted meals.

As a thank you we’d love to buy you a drink- unfortunately, Utah law prohibits this. All attendees will receive a $10 voucher to redeem at the featured restaurant.

These events will be indoors in the Chase Mill building.

Space is limited to provide for safe social distancing.

Refunds: Due to the limited capacity and high demand for these events refunds are available if cancellation is made 48 hours in advance of the event. Please email if you need to cancel.
