Tracy Aviary in the Community
Tracy Aviary welcomes invitations to attend community events such as school STEM nights, neighborhood festivals, and more. Our attendance at community events is free of charge, but subject to our excess mileage fee policy. Due to the volume of requests we receive, we cannot attend every event we are invited to. Please remember that we do not bring live birds to off-site programs.
Please fill out this Community Event Request Form with as much information as possible to help us evaluate your request and prepare appropriate tabletop activities.

*Excess Mileage Fee Policy: The program price includes up to 50 miles of round-trip travel from Tracy Aviary. Excess mileage will be assessed at a fee of $15 plus $1.50/additional round trip mile. We will ALWAYS assess excess mileage based on the shortest route to your site.
